These 21 days internship provided by Biosrishti (Registered Educational Service Organisation) will cover the in silico laboratory techniques from basics to advanced levels.
Modules Covered
Week 1 - Introduction to in silico biology, databases, sequence submission and retrieval
Week 2 - Nucleotide sequence analysis – local, global, multiple and phylogeny
Week 3 - In silico protein structure prediction, analysis and homology modelling
Week 4 - Omics data analysis
