       These 21 days internship provided by Biosrishti (registered educational service organisation) will cover the in-silico laboratory techniques from basics to advanced level.

Modules Covered

Week 1 (15.02.2021 – 20.02.2021)	Introduction to in silico biology, databases, sequence submission and retrieval
Week 2 (22.02.2021 – 27.02.2021)	Nucleotide sequence analysis – local, global, multiple and phylogeny
Week 3 (01.03.2021 – 06.03.2021)	In silico protein structure prediction, analysis and homology modelling
Week 4 (08.03.2021 – 10.03.2021)	Omics data analysis

Eligibility

        Life sciences students/ scholars/ faculty from any branch can participate as the session is designed from basics to advanced level.

v  There will be worksheets after each session.

v  All the participants will be provided with an E-manual of the sessions.
