About the Internship
These 21 days internship provided by Biosrishti (Registered Educational Service Organisation) will cover the in-silico laboratory techniques from basics to advanced level.
Modules Covered
Week 1 - Introduction to in silico biology, databases, sequence submission and retrieval
Week 2 - Nucleotide sequence analysis – local, global, multiple and phylogeny
Week 3 - In silico protein structure prediction, analysis and homology modelling
Week 4 -Omics data analysis
Participation mode
Platform: Google Meet
Timing: 06.00pm to 07.00pm
Eligibility
Life sciences students (B.Sc., M.Sc., B.Tech) / scholars/ faculty from any branch can participate as the session is designed from basics to advanced level.
**There will be worksheets after each session.
**All the participants will be provided with an E-manual of the sessions.

Student - Rs. 1500 /-
Faculty*- Rs. 2000 /-
***Faculty will receive Virtual Training Participation Certificate
On successful completion of the internship and submission of the report, the candidate will be awarded with an E-Certificate of participation.
