About the Internship
These 21 days internship provided by Biosrishti (registered educational service organisation) will cover the in-silico laboratory techniques from basics to advanced level.
Modules Covered
Week 1 (15.02.2021 – 20.02.2021) | Introduction to in silico biology, databases, sequence submission and retrieval |
Week 2 (22.02.2021 – 27.02.2021) | Nucleotide sequence analysis – local, global, multiple and phylogeny |
Week 3 (01.03.2021 – 06.03.2021) | In silico protein structure prediction, analysis and homology modelling |
Week 4 (08.03.2021 – 10.03.2021) | Omics data analysis |
Participation mode
Platform : Google Meet
Timing : 07.00pm to 08.00pm
Eligibility
Life sciences students/ scholars/ faculty from any branch can participate as the session is designed from basics to advanced level.
v There will be worksheets after each session.
v All the participants will be provided with an E-manual of the sessions.
Registration fee
Student - Rs. 1500 /- Faculty*- Rs. 2000 /- Foreigners - 40 USD | · *Faculty will receive Virtual Training Participation Certificate · Hardcopy Certificates will be issued on request with an additional charge of Rs. 100/- |
On successful completion of the internship and submission of the report, the candidate will be an E-Certificate of participation.
