About the Internship
These 21 days
internship provided by Biosrishti
(Registered Educational Service Organisation) will cover
the in silico laboratory techniques from basics to
advanced level.
Modules Covered
Week 1 (17.05.2021 – 23.05.2021) Introduction to in silico biology,
databases, sequence submission and retrieval
Week 2 (24.05.2021 – 29.05.2021) Nucleotide sequence analysis – local,
global, multiple and phylogeny
Week 3 (31.05.2021 – 05.06.2021) In silico protein structure prediction,
analysis and homology modelling
Week 4 (07.06.2021 – 09.06.2021) Omics data analysis
Participation mode
Platform : Google Meet
Timing : 06.00pm to 07.00pm
Eligibility
Life sciences students/ scholars/ faculty from any branch
can participate as the session is designed from basics to advanced level.
There will be worksheets after each
session.
All the participants will be provided
with an E-manual of the sessions.
Registration fee
Student - Rs. 1500 /-
Faculty*- Rs. 2000 /-
Foreigners - 40 USD

On successful completion of the
internship and submission of the report, the candidate will be awarded with an E-Certificate
of participation.
