Modules Covered

Week 1 (28.12.2020 – 02.01.2021)	Introduction to in silico biology, databases, sequence submission and retrieval
Week 2 (04.01.2021 – 09.01.2021)	Nucleotide sequence analysis – local, global, multiple and phylogeny
Week 3 (11.01.2021 – 16.01.2021)	In silico protein structure prediction, analysis and homology modelling
Week 4 (18.01.2021 – 23.01.2021)	Omics data analysis

Platform       : Google Meet

Timing           : 06.00pm to 07.00pm

Eligibility

        Life sciences students/ scholars/ faculty from any branch can participate as the session is designed from basics to advanced level.

v  There will be worksheets after each session.

v  All the participants will be provided with an E-manual of the sessions.

Registration fee

Student - Rs. 1500 /- Faculty*- Rs. 2000 /- Foreigners - 40 USD

·      *Faculty will receive Virtual Training Participation Certificate ·      Hardcopy Certificates will be issued on request with an additional charge of Rs. 100/-
